Job Description:

Optime Staffing Partners is seeking a highly compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administering medication, monitoring and recording patient progress, and educating families and patients as needed.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and manage nursing care plans and evaluate the current and future medical needs of patients. Additionally, you will attend medical conferences and courses for ongoing care and education and identify areas of improvement to ensure the quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care: Maintain nursing standards while supporting patients with all applicable medical needs. Create and provide patient care plans as needed or requested. Communicate with the patient, their family, and members of the medical team to achieve the desired goals of the patient-care plan.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and manage nursing care plans, evaluate patients' medical needs, and provide the best possible care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Document patient care and relevant information accurately and timely.

• Current RN license in the state required
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health nursing experience.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient load efficiently.
